How can you donate to WAVI’s Shelter?
Businesses and donors are encouraged to host donation drives to assist our shelter in obtaining essential items for the survivors we support. Please reach out to WAVI directly to learn which items are most needed as you plan your donation drive at 605-341-3292 or wavi@wavi.org

In 2024, WAVI served 2,752 survivors in shelter and provided 35,665 resources and services through comprehensive case management.
Because of the incredible generosity of our community, we can offer these vital support services completely free of charge.
Your support makes all the difference in the lives of those we serve!
Item drop-off
We are happy to accept donations at the back door of the shelter. Mon-Fri 10 am- 3 pm.

We do not have the capacity to accept furniture, stuffed toys, used undergarments, business wear, formal wear, or jeans.
Please do NOT leave donations without speaking to someone.
