  • If you need safe shelter 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: Come to WAVI’s Shelter for an assessment at 527 Quincy St, Rapid City, SD. 57701

  • To schedule an appointment with a case manager: Regarding WAVI services and community resources, call our office at 605-389-6907 to schedule an appointment, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

  • If you are located in Pine Ridge: Contact our Pine Ridge office at 605-863-4142.
